1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern access to and use of this site and every order placed with Lumin Standard LLC, d/b/a Lumin Research ("Lumin Research", "we", "us"). By using this site, confirming the statements on our verification page, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site and do not place an order. We may update these terms at any time; the version published when you order is the one that applies.

2. Research use only

All compounds we supply are intended strictly for research and development use. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements or medical devices. The statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Compounds must not be consumed by humans or animals, resold for human or veterinary use, or used in any clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic setting. Any use outside lawful laboratory research is misuse, and the purchaser assumes full liability for it.

3. Eligibility

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 18 years of age;
• you are a qualified researcher, or are buying for a laboratory, institution or business;
• you have the facilities, training and safety protocols needed to handle research compounds;
• you will comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm shipment. We may request verification and may refuse, cancel or terminate any order or account at our discretion, including where an order appears to be for personal use.

5. Pricing and payment

• prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated;
• prices and promotional credits may change without notice;
• payments are processed by secure third-party processors; and
• you represent that your payment information is accurate and authorised.

6. Shipping and risk of loss

• delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees;
• risk of loss transfers on confirmed delivery; and
• the buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties and compliance obligations.

7. Returns and refunds

Because of the nature of research compounds, returns and exchanges are not accepted once an order has shipped. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or short, contact us at support@luminresearch.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. Replacements or refunds are issued at our discretion for verified fulfillment errors.

8. Documentation and testing

Certificates of analysis, lot numbers, purity figures, endotoxin and sterility results and related documentation are provided in good faith for research reference and traceability. To the extent permitted by law we give no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, and expressly no warranty of fitness for human or veterinary use.

It is your responsibility to confirm that a compound suits your intended research application before use.

9. Assumption of risk and safe handling

Research compounds may be hazardous, unstable or toxic. By purchasing, you assume full responsibility for proper laboratory handling and storage, compliance with safety and containment protocols, and any misuse, exposure or unauthorised application.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the compounds in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss, injury or damage arising from misuse, including any use in or on a human or animal body.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumin Standard LLC, d/b/a Lumin Research, its officers, employees and suppliers from any claim, damage, loss or liability arising from your misuse or unauthorised use of the compounds, or your violation of these terms.

12. Accounts and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, misrepresentation or non-compliance with these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
